What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years, your passport, and a payment method for the security deposit (cash or an eligible bank card).
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Drivers must be between 21 and 65 years old and have held their licence for at least 2 years.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum rental is 3 days. Same-day bookings are not available, so please book in advance.
Do you deliver to the airport?
Yes. Delivery and collection are free at Casablanca Mohammed V (CMN), Marrakech Menara (RAK) and Rabat–Salé (RBA) airports. Send us your flight number and we will meet you on arrival.
Is mileage unlimited?
Yes. Every Go Yaalah rental includes unlimited mileage, with no daily limit and no extra charge per kilometre.
How do insurance and the deposit work?
Every rental includes insurance with a standard excess of 5,000 MAD. A premium option can reduce the excess to 0 MAD. The deposit depends on the car and the insurance you choose, and we confirm it before you book.
Can I add another driver?
Two drivers can be included in the rental. All drivers must meet the same age and licence requirements and be declared in advance.
Can I return the car somewhere else?
One-way rentals between our locations can be arranged on request. Contact us to check availability and any extra fee.
What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
Call or message our team right away. We will help you with roadside assistance and the next steps so you can continue your trip.
Can I rent with a Moroccan driving licence?
Our rentals are currently reserved for international travellers holding a foreign driving licence.

How can I pay?
Cash or eligible bank cards, in MAD, EUR or USD depending on the transaction.
